What inspired you to become a chef?
My mother always made delicious home made polish dishes, for dinner. Growing up from then on i knew cooking was on of my favorite ways to create an experience & tell a story.

Goulash (Pork Stew)
What's one kitchen gadget you can't live without?
Foreman Grill is one gadget that I've kept by side great for any kind of sandwich, wraps, flatbreads
Favorite ingredient to cook with?
Eggs because with just one they are versatile and super delicious even when kept simple like an omelet, or used in dish like French toast
What's your approach to making meals that are healthy and delicious?
I focus on quality local ingredients that is the base for healthy and delicious meal knowing for your supplies come from.
Do you have any "cheat meal" favorites?
Yogurt bowl with frozen berries, nuts, coconut and some dark chocolate
