I love all aspects of food - from growing amazing produce, cooking in season, to the amazing stories that stem from it. Having grown up in a Polish household where food is often the centerpiece of every celebration, my favorite cuisines include Polish, Mediterranean, and American. My culinary journey includes experience as a sous chef in two different restaurants in Alaska and Michigan, several culinary courses, and countless hours in the home kitchen. Over the past year, I've been reducing my meat intake and am a strong advocate for vegetarian dishes and supporting gut health. - What inspired you to become a chef?
- My mother always made delicious home made polish dishes, for dinner. Growing up from then on i knew cooking was on of my favorite ways to create an expiernece & tell a story.

- Foreman Grill is one gadget that I've kept by side great for any kind of sandwich, wraps, flatbreads
- Favorite ingredient to cook with?
- Eggs because with just one they are versatile and super delicious even when kept simple like an omelet, or used in dish like French toast

- I focus on quality local ingredients that is the base for healthy and delicious meal knowing for your supplies come from.
